DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

TO THE 6^th APPF ANNUAL MEETING

By the end of October 1997, the official invitations will have been forwarded to all member countries.

By mid-November, all theme papers, draft resolutions and written comments must be received by the Annual meeting Secretariat from member countries.

During the first week of December, theme papers, draft resolutions and written comments that have been received will be sent to member countries.

By December 1, 1988, e-mail or fax the Registration Form for each partipants to the Annual Meeting Secretariat at the above address and fax number.
