The arrangements for the annual meetings conform to the following
time schedule:
By the end of October every year, the official
invitations are forwarded to all member countries by the Annual Meeting Secretariat
of the host country.
By mid-November, all theme papers, draft resolutions
and written comments from member countries must have been received by the
Annual Meeting Secretariat.
During the first week of December, theme papers,
draft resolutions and written comments that have been received are sent to
member countries.
